Partnering Workshop

We will focus on three main principles: Trust, listening and staying truthful with the movement. Strong theatre and partnering both depend on making the viewer believe on the honesty and consistency of what it is happening on stage. We use movement situations, specific images, set exercises and repertory elements to develop and understand the mechanics and intention behind the proposed material.

We will emphasize performing based on this truthful listening and acting approach, in order to enhance the performativity of participants. As we advance in the workshop, we give more space to interpret the material in their own creative way.
